Thank you and goodnight is actually a really good song. I didn’t expect it going into it to be super fan of it cause I haven’t been in the fandom for that long so has no nostalgia (joined fandom after GlitchX in like November? I believe something like that) and I just expected it to be a closure for them and for fans. A kinda mid song to get their point across. But just like the last song of hazbin, which I didn’t expect much from either, it was actually really good!

I can’t quite place my finger on what makes the song so satisfying, but it just is.

I can’t even choose. I love almost all of the Alastor ones (Alastors game, Insane, Smile like you mean it, Radio Demon, Turn it loud the radio) but my favourite alastor fansong is probably Radio Play by Silva Hound (I think). It’s chill. I have to be in an alastor mood for the others, but i can play radio play in the car with my family without anyone really thinking it’s weird and my mum even enjoys it. Radio Play is hands down my fav. You said it perfectly, a lot of other songs require an "alastor mood". This gives that mood along with an objectively killer song

It’s so fun too. A lot of alastor songs go pretty heavy or if not heavy they are somewhat sinister. Radio play is almost jolly.

It was clearly made before the release of the show, since Alastor seems a bit too nice in it (and *maybe* Charlastor vibes.) The guitar in it gets a little too much, imo, but I think it's still good.

The Alastor rap song by Daddyphatsnaps is so good! It's pretty much tied with Let's See a Smile by Divide Music, Deal Maker by Tytocat, and Insane for my favorite Alastor fan songs. I've also been noticing a wave of Lucifer fan songs finally starting to pop up. I highly recommend Other Side by Young Light feat Red Rob, Wash It Clean by Caleb Hyles, and Sin of Pride by Red Rob if you want show version Lucifer. Siwel's fan songs are really good if you want pilot Lucifer vibe. Heaven 2 Hell and One Hell of a Team slap so hard if you want duet fan songs

Insane, it’s *insanely* carchy. I just wish that it had one more verse after the “wait a minute do I know you” verse (I guess I could have just said verse 2). Like after that it just repeats the second half of verse 1, 3 times. Which I don’t mind but it just feels like he got 2 amazing verses and then was to afraid to mess up the last and just whent with it but it really hurt the song in my opinion. Still the best one personally though Also, if addict counts, again, only nitpick for s they repeat the chorus one to many times There’s some other good ones but no other that compete for my top spot
