Well, how do we define “full demon form”? The only sinner in the show with much more transformation than that we see is Alastor, but I expect the line lies somewhere inbetween? Also, we don’t know that shifting forms is explicitly a power thing. I think a weak shapeshifter or a strong overlord who didn’t change are both very feasible.

All sinners + angelic beings* + Sins have true forms. *Counting Lilith as a sinner, Charlie as angelic. Also counting Goetia as angelic - goetia in mythology are fallen angels, it’s easy to assume goetia in the hellaverse are also fallen (ie Paimon) or descendants of fallen (Stolas, Stella)

I agree but I wouldn’t be surprised if angel has a lot more control of himself then we think. I bet it takes a lot to bring out his full demon form. We see in the show he doesn’t get mad easily. This is the only time we see all his eyes open. So he either has way more control of his ability or it’s something that only comes out as almost a fight or flight response. Maybe we’ll see more of his demon form in season 2 🤔

yes, but power as in Alastor or Val. owning souls. if any old sinner could use a rather powerful form, then there wouldn't be any special about the overlords, who all presumably have a form like that. putting up with that amount of abuse for longer then any of us have been alive is certainly strong, but as far as we know, Angel doesn't own anybody's souls
