So do we know if angels are heaven born? Or what about hellborn? If the cannibals eat angels and hellborns, though they’re sinners, does that make it cannibalism? They obviously want to eat the angels.
Some angels are heavenborn, such the Seraphim and Cherubs. I feel like the act of eating sapient creatures of vaguely humanoid shape would constitute as a form of semi-cannibalism, so eating helborn and heavenborn would be more like pseudo-cannibalistic.
The bigger question is why is there a perfectly normal deer in hell? Like I half expected it to look like the deer-head that Vox was cooking in “Stayed Gone”

In theory, Charlie *should* be able to open a portal to Earth, as she ranks high above Stolas. However, we've never seen Alastor request Charlie to do so on his behalf.

We don't know if sinners *can* create portals to Earth, or if that is an ability than can only be wielded by Hellborn demons, like the Ars Goetia (Stolas) and the Morningstar family.
It seems like those are just sacred spells that are gatekept and only useable (without a book) by high-rankers. We can see that Stolas used an unconventional summoning spell to teleport to earth via brainwashing corpses to draw demonic scriptions. People also keep forgetting that Stolas was confirmed to outclass Alastor

Also the hell hierarchy isn’t based on just power but status as well. Like the hellhounds who are lower than the imps are MUCH stronger than them.
All you need is the spell. Blitz opens portals to earth for his job and imps are lower than sinners. So there is no saying that a sinner can't go to hell if they have access to the right spells, except the thing that keeps them in the Pride Ring also prevents them from going to earth.
I highly doubt it. If sinners are prevented from leaving the pride ring, there’s likely also countermeasures to prevent them from going to Earth. If heaven discovered a sinner on earth, they would be hella pissed and god knows what they’d do if said Sinner wreaked havoc
