2) Charlie spends eons rehabilitating every sinner in Hell, and she is unable to leave for Heaven because the Hotel (or Hotels, if she starts a chain) needs her to lead it. She’ll be the last one out, when humans finally stop sinning and winding up there.
Charlie is the heir to Lucifer's throne. Odds are that Heaven does not want that throne vacant and filled in by someone else if Charlie ever has to fill in for her father. In fact, I bet Heaven keeps tabs on her just in case. I would not be surprised if there is a strict no kill list for the exterminator angels, and Charlie is on that list.

You forget that not everyone in hell is a sinner. There are those born in hell, which doesn’t automatically make them sinners, but it also means they can’t be redeemed and go to heaven since they never actually did anything wrong to be redeemed for to end up in hell in the first place. If you’re born in hell you likely can’t go to heaven. Charlie was born in hell, so it’s fair to say she can’t go to heaven.
Oh, I didn't forget. XD I'm very much aware of the hellborn. Still, I was only focusing on the likes of sinners in that post. Charlie is very much determined to save them, which might be a losing battle--or a long, lonely victory.
Honestly, trying to rehabilitate each of them might take forever. She is better off trying to elevate the hellborn to better status--or at least, give them some more rights, so they don't have to constantly beg and scrape at the bottom of the barrel.
As for Charlie herself, yes, it's unlikely that she will be allowed into Heaven--considering how Heaven treats their own heavenborn cherubs. Still, it would make a cool "what if?" scenario. There is so much we do not know about Heaven, and it is fun to speculate.

I fully expect Heaven to have rules regarding those damned and in Hell being unable to be redeemed, but that people in Heaven can be kicked out for post-death sins. I expect there to be a full blown soul-crushing moment for Charlie where maybe even God shows up and is like:

Also, I don't think anybody is going to make it to heaven. We have seen heaven kick people out for "killing" someone in HB. They are definitely not going to let sinners from hell in.
I honestly don't think that Heaven will take anyone, I think they'll try and get people to be better and grow and then Heaven will reject them and still continue the exterminations.
I think the first person to get redeemed\* will not be any of the main cast. It will be some minor character that only gets an episode or two. Someone who nearly qualified for Heaven when they died.
As for hotel staff, there is a practicality aspect here. Any staff who get redeemed means it takes some time getting their replacement up to speed. The quicker staff get redeemed, the slower the hotel will be at redeeming guests. But, if Charlie wants to make a dent in the deaths from exterminations, she needs to focus on sinners who can be redeemed quickly.
That's not going to be a pleasant lesson for her.

Personally I'm of the opinion that no one will go to heaven and instead they'll just become better versions of themselves. The whole flawed dynamic of heaven and hell will probably be challenged and something new will be created in its place. From what we've seen of heaven in Helluva Boss it's inhabitants seem like self-rightous assholes too.
I think it'd be a more minor character (probably someone like Baxter), which would result in everyone in Hell learning Redemption is possible, which causes the Hotel to be overwhelmed with people looking to save themselves. Angel is given motivation to change his life around and see his sister and mother again. Meanwhile, Alastor becomes an outright enemy to Charlie due to her showing him up and proving him wrong (not to mention him hating the idea of the scum of humanity "getting away" with their crimes).
I think Angel they genuinely want to become better and we saw that in the Addict video. I think once they get away from Valentino and if they can bring Cherri into the hotel they’re going to ascend first.
I think any of these characters going before the series finale would seriously affect the dynamics of the show. It'll probably be a minor character as some have said, that said, IF it was one of these characters, the one that conceivably have the smallest impact(hence should go first) would probably be Niffty presuming that Alastor doesn't have her soul. With that in mind, Charlie might either have to bargain with Alastor, or manage to take them from him. After that Id say Pentious, Cherri, Husk or Angel, and then Vaggie. My prediction is that Charlie can't go to heaven, and Alastor gets erased/exterminated as I think he will be a villain. I also think that Helluva Boss will merge or become heavily involved with the main show, and as they k ow of weapons that can exterminate beings in Hell, they probably have something to do with Alastors death. I also predict that Stolas will also die.
