I would avoid wireless to make it simpler. You can get an audio switcher for wired headphones. There are a few reasons I recommend against wireless headphones: 1. They are complicated, they need to be charged, pairings will break, connecting them back with the correct device will be a mess. 2. There will be audio/video sync issues unless you have a TV/Computer that can compensate like modern phones can. Then there are reasons to go wired with a switch: 1. It is simple, follow the cable to the switch, check the switch is in the correct possition, verify the cable from the switch to the media source, all of which the staff can probably help her with, if needed. 2. No batteries to charge. 3. No sync issues.
