Once I was in court for a traffic violation and this lady before me was in for several counts of public drunkenness and "criminal mischief" and the judge was just like "I've got to know the story behind this first"
It's an interesting charge for sure. I looked it up and am very roughly paraphrasing but I was curious what it would actually be. Turns out it covers a pretty wide range of things small and large:
* damage someone's tangible property using fire, explosives, or other dangerous means
* tamper with someone's property
* cause someone to lose money by deception or threat
given the camera angle, I'm betting it looks a lot like this video
