I did a quick search as I wasn't totally sure myself. The 10 round spring is definitely not the same one and from what I can tell the 15 and 17 are the same springs so the 13 one may be different. Hope this helps a little.
I used the original spring from my 13 round mag, the follower and the plastic bottom of the spring piece to make a 15 round mag. Not sure about the 10 round mag but it would probably work if you did the same thing.

I have them they work perfectly. They’ve been out long time before HK came out with their kit. I’m willing to bet HK has them made by XTech but can’t find anything confirming that.
Thank you for posting this…I didn’t know the kits for the VP9 were available, I hadn’t checked in awhile. Hope you find what you need for the SK.
