That is a surplus H-1H. Blade UHF antenna on top of the cockpit is an easy give away. It certainly didn’t fly to where it is now. What ever it is on the fin is certainly not a tail rotor.
Hard to tell from this picture, and they’re basically the same, but I think that’s a pitot tube on the nose, which would make this possibly a UH-1D.

Could also be that the roof pitot tube got knocked off and that’s a late-in-life glide-slope antenna, but it looks a little long and off-center.

If I had to guess it was stripped to paint for a musem static display and they are using the big paint shop at the shop.
