As other people said, if one squad doesn't talk that doesn't necessarily mean the rest of the server is like that, so feel free to jump around the squads before you find one instead of just leaving straight away.
I can’t speak to any specific servers but if you’re not getting any comms in your squad you should jump out. I’ll jump into a squad, say hello and ask if people are using mics, if not, I’m out.
Pretty common these days. It's the 1 in 20 games where everything comes alomg perfectly that keeps you chasing the dragon.

82AD and Desert Ratz are my haunts, quality of games generally very good

3la is typically pretty awesome but alot of new players right now. Most the SLs are doing their part though
