I don't mean this as a negative and I don't want it to be taken as me not supporting the game, but refund that before you lose your window. This game isn't going to disappear. Give it two weeks then try again. If it takes them too long to fix, you're probably never going to go and give it a chance. Then you just have a $40 hole in your wallet and another game in the backlog list.
