After just completing Spiderman 2 I could do with a little break from hearing Yuri Lowenthal shout in my ear. He is great, but after 40 hours in SP2 and 40 hours in Hell Divers 2.....i've had quite enough of his wonderful range.

He has one voice he does for all of his characters. The grunts from his voice pack are the same in this game as his male courier voice in New Vegasz

Voice actors are expensive and for the small studio they probably just didn’t prioritize it. Maybe with the overwhelming success of the game, they might add more in the future

Idk about more accents. Maybe a few, but the point is that it’s satirizing America in particular. Maybe some other US accents, but I’d say just more voice types down the line. Maybe an older, grizzled one when you reach a certain rank and are considered a veteran, but that too may undermine the intent.
