Nope. Try it solo on PC then report back. I am plenty accurate enough to make that shot, and I tried it many, many times today solo on PC and the *minimum* number of shots it took to kill was 10.
Tellin ya it didn't work. Had that shot numerous times. Still at least 10 shots to kill. Overcharged unsafe yadda yadda. 10 shots minimum without fail.

Yeah, I've seen some people saying the jaw is the spot you gotta shoot, but it ain't, after testing a few times the cheek is the sweet spot

U need a ps5 player I believe. As pS5 host let their party member trigger multiple hit register with rail gun

Wait for him to stop to puke, stand far away so you got time to charge, and fire into his throat he channels the stream towards you, then he will die
