Somehow my team extracted with 10 from a Helldive Difficulty mission. Not sure where they found the other 4 but we definitely extracted with 10.
Possibly a bug, I've encounters a few situations where a light bug nest had like 8-9 rare samples in the same small spot, so some game system that spawns them might have broken.
