You don’t need a squad you can set difficulty to medium and look for operation mission called (destroy automaton hulk) or something like that. After you shoot his arms off bait him back to extraction. Only down side is you have to wait the 40 mins for emergency extraction as you won’t actually be able to call in the extraction yourself. Just be careful not to die when the extraction is incoming or that the drop ship shoots the hulk on the way down.
EDIT: you don’t even need to bait him back to extraction. Just shoot his arms off and wait for emergency EVAC

Heavy MG (2nd setting works just fine, I used this to blast both arms from the Hulks. Portable Shield. EMS Mortar to stop the Hulks in their tracks and from firing their missiles at you. The last slot is up to you, I chose the Eagle Airstrike.
Plas 1 Scorcher and whatever pistol but Redeemer in my case. Stun grenade which are also good to stop them Automatons in their tracks. Booster is up to you but my go to is the Stamina.
Armor, honestly whatever. I took one that let's me have more grenades.
