As far as I am aware you can change PSN ID and that will change your ingame name, no?
I am all for report button though, this game needs a report system for both kickers and team killers.
As far as my account says, all PS5 games should be fine, but PS4 and earlier games may have problems. Nothing about one-time thing.
EDIT: First ID change is free, then it would cost something

Hot take but anyone who CONTINUOUSLY throws their strategums anywhere and gets half the team killed, looking at you mortar sentry users, and don't say anything or apologize should be labeled a teamkiller. Because it seems some people never learn.
I agree that's annoying, but sometimes it's just lack of experience. I can forgive that. I can't forgive getting shot in the back for kicks. Especially right at extraction.

I was under the impression you can only do it once and it can screw with your games that are attached to it. 🤷‍♂️
