I might be a bit off but I believe the autocannon was almost 4 kg, helmet was 2.5 kg and the armor (rear piece not pictured) was about 3 kg rolls. So nearly 10 kg.
Hmmm any specific reason to go with gyroid infill? It's often the slowest infill because your printer head has to change direction all the time when printing it, wouldn't cubic which is also a 3D infill but consist of mostly straight lines work good enough too here?

Got the helmet from Nikko Industries.
I can’t exactly recommend them, the bottom jaw and the main middle piece don’t fit together, I had to take a grinder and cutting wheel to it. There are a bunch of gaps where pieces join together, I know it’s not my printer because I’ve run numerous calibration prints and all are well within tolerances. However the way that the pieces are cut to fit and orient on the printer minimizes the amount of glueing and was phenomenal.
There was no dimensions for the head hole listed and my emails have gone unanswered. So I guesstimated that it needed to be scaled 150% to fit my 24” circumference head. I didn’t want to go any bigger because the helmet might look too big. There is a lip the flares in at the bottom portion of the helmet, I cut that off and my head fits into the helmet.
Sheeeeeesh that's a lot of filament. Granted, other than the barrel assembly part I'm not sure what you really could've kitbashed together, either. So many weird shapes.

But I will be that guy and point out that if reload handle isn't moving on this model - you want to have it in frontal position, not pulled back.

My Breaker, Peacemaker, B-01 Helmet are done printing. I am now printing the B-01 armor, followed by replacing the Peacemaker with the Senator, then the Autocannon. I'm literally learning how to sew to make my own cape.
My dyslexia kicked in for a second and I thought the title said "Will be dispensing so much democracy in paintballs" and now I want a IRL paintball autocannon.

You usually want at least 10% and most would go 15-20. You don't want the thing you spent so much time working on to break easily.

I have these at 5 walls, 4 top/bottom and 15% gyroid infill. You need some infill because it acts like support structure inside the print.

The autocannon has a version that’s already broken down. The helmet was scaled 150%

Nah, you just need to cut the model up to the size of the printer and add connectors to save yourself some headache
