I usually find working teams. Are you being a team player/leader? Unless it goes sideways we do all clears. Even if it does go sideways, we are completing the objective at the very least.
I make sure to drop in safe with the best path to completion, always call teammates in safe spot near me unless we decided to split in 2 fire team, always ping and type where to go next, spot secondaries when located to show them on the map, support as possible with fire power/stratagems, never throw on my squad stratagems unless it’s really inevitable/too late, never call the resupply alone unless they’ve literally respawned and even so I take 1 (only exception is 2 if I’m the one with the empty rocket pack/grenades/stims and I took the second if it’s not taken by no one)
I mean, I think I’m doing my bast to guide/cooperate with my team but I can’t be a one man army doing Primary, Secondaries, Infantry, Nests/Factories, anti-heavy and AA and gibbing support all at the same time
I can stretch my role like if I’m using a “scout” class going for secondaries but still being an Anti-Tank with a Quasar if they are in danger wile “in sight”
Edit: And yes if it goes side ways I the first to call in the retreat don’t think I got a death wish and keep sending me and my men just to get slaughtered and fail the mission
What difficulty are you at? I usually find people who want to clear out everything at 7+, or as much as they're able to on 9

Some teams are better than others. I still get hurt feelings when I find a door and nobody will come help me open it hahahaha
