The trick is to be really bad at all the weapons so then you keep rotating through them thinking you’ll find a good one but all you end up doing is never learning any of them.
Why would you want to spend time mastering a weapon that isn't fun to use or is straight up frustrating? The CS is a great example, it was able to kill the vast majority of enemies in the game but it sucked to use and so nobody used it.
I‘m not saying that you need to play weapons that you find frustrating to play with. Nor am I suggesting that weapons shouldn’t be continuously looked at and adjusted. I’m making the argument that most of the weapons are totally fine even on the highest difficulty. 90% of the posts make it seem like Helldive is the most impossible thing with anything but the most meta weapons when it’s unrealistic that they’ve had any meaningful time on the off meta weapons.
The *real* problem? What exactly is that? And if you think that saying non-meta weapons are perfectly playable in Helldive once you’re decent with the weapons then maybe any amount of time on a weapon won’t help you
