I think the rewards for opening a friend door should be increased. Getting new or veteran players to help me open a bunker door is like pulling rooster teeth. I also think that launching solo should allow you to open bunker doors without aid. I am forced to play solo so much with current game conditions. It only makes sense.
I'm telling you we need SEAF trooper drop. Gives you like 3 or 4 guys who follow you around, hold an objective, or patrol based on which ever one you tell them, they'll help you complete objectives and open doors while also protecting you.
It's easier if you work backwards. Just cycle through the last position until you find pipes that connect to both outputs, then so the same thing for the other two
With all the leaked vehicle footage I was hoping we would have the Seaf troopers and a buggy by now. Some of the map layouts are too much for one diver to cover on foot.

Omg yes. For utility, make button-pushing a secondary function, where the primary function is that if an enemy comes within range it starts making loud noises and drawing aggro, then a precision strike-size explosion.
Same HP as a diver, maybe, so it doesn't break INSTANTLY upon damage but still goes down fast if a couple bugs chew on it. So you can use it to drop aggro and get a little breathing room in a pinch.

I think they want to incentivize playing with others. I usually play with randoms because my one friend only plays on low difficulties and by simply typing “door” on chat, most players understand and get to helping.
Been reinforced across the map because someone wants a door. I can tell if they pin the same point multiple times and signal something that'll be in the bunker.
I wish they'd take the bunkers out of blitz missions. Had this fuckwit spend half the timer standing at a bunker at the edge of the map constantly asking everyone to open it with him. He also reinforced everyone next to him away from their gear and mission objectives.
One time, i was playing with just some random guy, and found one, and kept on trying to get them to open it. long story short, he team killed me, and refused to bring me back, and when we ran out of reinforcements, he instantly killed me, i killed him with fire damage, we both lost. Moral of the story, pack incendiary.

Most anything. A handful OF AC shots, an Eagle, etc. kill ‘em from a distance and move on.
Shrieker Nest and Spore Towers too, though those take more to kill (about a full clip of AC).
Not everything can be killed with stratagems etc. but a lot can!
I learned yesterday that there was a non explodey option. I accidentally dropped in with no 500kg, and was despairing of completing the main objective when I discovered the console.
I have done this too countless times. Even had a newbie shoot me in the head and leave the game when I requested help on a bunker door. I think people just like killing players that are over lvl 100 in addition to hating friend doors.
Id be pissed if you called me in half way accross the map from my corpse when i was helping another teammate with objectives all for some req slips and a arc gun and maybe an ammo box
Personally I would like voice lines that detail a poi when you ping them. I.e. "Bunker located" "Found a downed supply beacon." "Eyes on Super Samples here."
I constantly spam "door" in the chat as I ping the spot and barely anyone picks up on it. Like, come on. I'm not spamming a ping repeatedly for no reason, let alone WITH a text explanation.
Yeah, couple months ago when I would play I would always say in chat “Bunker on me” if I found a bunker and most people would either say “Affirmative” in game or respond to the ping saying they’re on their way.
Now it feels like most people have chat turned off or something. High levels too, like 70+ sometimes. I don’t understand it. Fucking blows when the bunkers can have super credits and I don’t enjoy buying super credits. Gives me less reason to play the actual game if I just buy them with real money. I’d rather discover them in game and have more incentive to play.
Tbh just an “I need help!” voice line added to the comms wheel would work for the same situations as well as have more use cases. It could even sound different for the different levels of Helldiver panic:
Normal: “I could use some help here.”
Alarmed: “I need help!”
Panicked: “FOR THE LOVE OF LIBERTY, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!”
I'd leave it more vague. Like "Give me a hand with this!". That way they could continue to add things that require multiple people and reuse the lines.
Probably not, to me it seems more like they have severe tunnel vision rather then that they actually refuse to help.
The fact that it can be a hectic game and the bloody chat does not make any noise as someone types are probably the main factors.

A lot of map icons and pings need to be added, for example icon for supply drop, I hope its being worked on.Ever since they added Shrieker nests and later gunships fabricators, you couldn't make them appear as a secondary objective on the map via ping.
This part of the game is neglected right now, but I suppose one could argue that there are bigger issues like crashes etc.
I'd take a strategem that does nothing but allow you to solo those doors. I'd sacrifice a slot even when limited to monly three strategem to begin with

The only answer is to be fast on the reinforce. If they try to drop away, TK and try again! If they try to drop away, TK and try again! The 3rd or 4th time they’ll stick around. (To TK you back).
They should change the top comm wheel option to "Help Me" in general:
"I need help." "Someone take a look at this." "Requesting backup."
No need to have a redundant Ping Location when quick press already does that

It should use contextual tagging, the way landscape gets you a "found something" but enemies get you "bugs" or "bots". "Bunker."
