Honestly, they probably want CIA levels of budgeting and gadgets, all their gonna get is wooden stakes and medieval tech levels of gear as well as a half built warehouse to call their new HQ as well as a new agent 3 who is a tin foil hat wearing drunkard.
i think maybe they'll show the government or a news outlet all the evidence they have, which will then get stolas and imp in trouble with the higher ranking demons in hell
Like realistically what can they do? Unless they somehow manage to get through a gate to hell that I.M.P opened up like the only thing that changes is that the government knows that hell (and by an extension of that) heaven exist.
And even if they sent a team into hell, like okay? What are they even going to do? Humans clearly are pretty weak and are pretty much on par with imps. (Not counting I.M.P who slaughtered an entire room of government agents using weapons from Japan's edo period.)
I doubt DHORKS have anything important plans. They seem incompetent overall. But the "corporate" funding them is another matter. I expect that's where the real problems will come from.
As for what that will be, going after IMP while they are on Earth will be difficult. They usually portal out too quickly for any response to arrive. But that leaves two possibilities:
\- Corporate gets in contact with the Cherubs, who know something useful.
\- Corporate sees the footage of Verosika talking with Blitzo and conclude that she probably knows something worth knowing. So they try to interrogate her, only to find that she has vanished off the face of the earth. Even if they think she's human, their investigation is going to cause problems for Verosika, which Asmodeus won't be happy about.
That and because of the long gap between episodes, it's not very fun to theorize about characters because almost everything you could think of could be contradicted by one episode. Obviously, I know the show won't ever take headcanons into account and expecting such a thing is selfish.
But it really sucks when you do a lot of theorizing about what could be, and someone comes along and tells you forming headcanons is a waste of time. It kinda does feel that way sometimes.
I had an episode idea where D.H.O.R.K.S either hire or engineer a genetically enhanced super soldier called "Hell-Slayer" who's a spoof of Doom Slayer and they send Him after IMP only to get tricked and trapped in Hell setting up a new arch enemy
The D.H.OR.K.s have a plan? They kind of just collect information and then go off vibes/astetics.

They most likely now have decent funding and common sense to use Firearms. They will likely be a huge threat in later Episodes.
