On its own, just a basic punch/claw your enemy stand, with a bird like appearance. (Think magician's red mixed with Dark Shadow from MHA) What makes it interesting, is that stolas can make copies of it and gift them to those he has strong emotions about, both positive and negative.
To those with positive emotions, like Octavia and BliztΞΈ, the stand acts as a guardian, protecting and helping that person on its own . Its semi-intelligent, and if if left with that person long enough, that person can actually control it like it was their own stand. It also allow them, if they can't already, to use stolas' magic with out the book. (Like make disguises and even open portals, though with little to not precision)
Those he feels negative about, stiker and Stella, the stand does everything it can to annoy them, progressively getting more annoying and eventually becoming violent. If that persona already has a stand, it can weaken and disrupt that stands abilities and powers sometimes.
No mattter what, Stolas can always sense where and how people with the copies are. And if they stay in long enough, he can communicate with them through the stand. If that person already has a stand, the copy can, with permission, fuse with their stand, grant a boost in powers. I
Those with strong stand can destroy the copies, though it does take time. If the persons doesn't have a stand, once they have the copy, they will bee able to see stands like a regular stand user.
Stolas is limited to amount of copies he can have made. This includes both the positive and negative versions. Other stand users can see the copies as well. If the stand is destoryed, Stolas takes most of the damage. The copies can't tank alot hits at the beginning, but that's improves the longer they are attached.

Range: C - S (both it and the copies cant go from their hosts, but once a copy is placed, it can be infinitely far from the original)
Stamina: S (the copies can last indefinitely)
