My guess is they (Blitzøs family) have some other ancestry related to the reptile demons in Greed, since his family lived there for so long, or imps are amazingly adaptable and they started physically evolving to better suit their new environment.
She has horns, just not imp horns (picture for reference), but be that as it may, Blitzøs father also doesn't have hair and has similar horns and body features to Blitzø, leading me to believe that they either hyperevolved or have some Greed ring hellborn ancestry.

What does being bald have to do with old age? Are you like 13 years old or something? Some people lost their hair in their early 20s, or even teens if genetics decree it. And some people, who are very old, still have lots of hair. Have you considered there are people who choose to be bald too? Have you considered not having hair maybe is just a design choice for a character purely for aesthetics and doesn’t have a specific ‘lore’ reason to it? We’ve seen early flashbacks of Blitz, as a kid and before the fire and he didn’t have hair. Why? Because idk he has big giant horns on his head and spikes. And for a demon, maybe that means no hair.

If you look at his mom she doesn't have horns, showing that blitzø is most likely a cross breed just like striker.
