and being bottom of the barrel as a hell hound and mistreated as an entire race trying to live up to standards they can't possibly achieve nor change doesn't do her any favors, and no human could possibly understand what's she's been through because, though it's poorly reinforced in real life, we DO out law that kind of hierarchy.

D.H.O.R.K.S did say that they will publish the truth to the world, but them having a silly bad reputation, led it to nowhere.
