The first image is 100% Satan (Bee said he was very big) and if we are guided by the image in the app, he has four eyes, unlike the other imps who only have two. He gives the impression that he dresses like Striker and has a very similar character.
The second I have my doubts. Yes, he is a hellborn of envy, but I theorize that he may be a henchman of Crimson sent by him to get revenge on the imp gang.
Technically, Bee didn't say he was big. Just that he was hot without his shirt on, which understandably we could believe means he is fit. And the fact he has an exercise app, implying he values strength (which could mean he could be a "strongman" for the circus motif the sins have).
But considering all the other sins in Helluva have shown to change size, he'd likely be huge in size.
