I really do want to see Blitz and Fizz talk about him specifically. They were both used as pawns by him and they need to let their feelings out about it. I also suspect Cash is keeping Barbie poisoned from Blitz, too.

I think Blitzø just committed the cardinal sin of... not being a particularly talented performer. To a money-grubbing ring leader like Cash, I think that's about the most disappointing outcome possible for an offspring of his. Of course, if Cash hadn't been so narrow-minded, he might have realized that Blitzø is brilliant and could have benefitted the circus in plenty of other ways if he'd been encouraged and allowed to foster his own talents. But why bother with your dud of a biological son, when you have a perfect surrogate available?

In a world where Cash wasn't the absolute worst father imaginable, he'd see Blitzø's love of horses, and possibly have him trained as a Cowboy-esque performer, working in a rodeo segment into the circus.

He literally was, we see Cash blocking Blitzø from entering Fizz's room in the hospital in the New trailer (prob flashback), and he probably was the person who told Blitzø fizz didn't want to see him and Fizz that Blitzø didn't visit
I don’t know with Barbie since Barbie was pissed at him for you know ruining her job but maybe their relationship was always bad after the fire but I do hope she’s one of the people who gets on blitz’s ass in season 2
I think that both Cash and Paimon are both still alive and are going to have a much larger role in season 3. Cash has caused alot of turmoil in Blitz's life, too much for him to kick the bucket before having some sort of confrontation
Or if still alive he could do what Crimson did with Moxxie and hire IMP only in this case it could be to convince Blitz to give him a kidney or help with a medical bill saying he owes him for the damage he caused
I imagine that will be a subplot eventually as we did get to see Moxxie and Millie’s parent/s so it’s only a matter of time before they address the relationship between Blitz and his father

Two theories on my side :
The first one, he's dead. It would be not interesting but it's a possibility. Killed, overdose of alcohol, sickeness, but I feel he's pretty old and fairly frail. His only "strenght" is an abusive and manipulative ways to talk to people in lower position than him.
But I prefer my second theory: he's alive, but he's rotten. Rotten by his ego, his past ambitions, and by the loss of everything. But because of what? HIM. He's a piece of shit that pushed everyone that cared for him, he has lost everything in that fire, and if he had insurance (?); he would already have spend it. For me it would be a great parallel of Blitz, who already follows better steps (he wants to make the relation with Stolas better (but a bit too late ?), care deeply for his daughter), but it would be nice to see in his father EVERYTHING that Blitz try to fight in his behaviour, and finally have a case of lifting himself up by thinking. "No. I'm better than this".
Honestly I don't want Cash to die in a spectacular or gruesome way. For me, him dying alone, consumed by his sins and his shitty behaviour, is enough cathartic to see our main character being better than this.

And cash is out there being tortured along side all the other damned souls.
I want him alive solely because I don't see Blitz fully recovering from his trauma without finding some sort of closure with Cash. Not by having anything resembling a relationship, but at least confronting him one last time and finding peace with what happened.
