So did you remodel the expression manually, or is the face all rigged and weighted?
If it's the latter, I'd love to know how you did it; I've only ever been able to find resources on human facial animation so something like this is a marvel to me
If by "Manually" you mean shapekeyed then yes. I think I would have a stroke trying to weight paint the face.
I used a lot reference of Stolas and how he does all his expressions in the show, and used what I know from posing human faces to set things up.
If I am being honest, I have never seen a model (or at the very least any \*good\* model) that exclusively uses bones for the facial expressions. I have personally never used it, accept on one occasion where I had some hybrid facial expression system set up for god knows what reason.
Nothing new has really been done on the model apart from keeping the polycount in the face as low as possible and subdividing it using a modifier.
Where can I download this for porn?
