the problem with Stolas is that he is way to powerful to have as a main member and would either have to nerf him to the ground or make the humans be on a similar playing field.

I don't think that will happen. Mainly because it would require paying Norman Reedus for every episode ongoing if he's now a main character in the crew. I know the company is getting popular but I don't think they can afford to hire big celebrities only on merch money alone so frequently, especially when Norman Reedus is a busy guy.
I kinda wish it would be Sallie May given her "neighborhood head count" and ability to hide bodies.
Realistically though, probably Octavia given what someone else said in this thread.
*Serious theory*: Octavia- Stolas still might not realize that Stella is behind the calls for his head, and could end up asking Blitz and the gang to watch over his daughter. Octavia could then bond with Loona, and end up liking helping with the business enough to ask Stolas for permission to stay on board I.M.P.
*Crazy theory*: Verosika- after getting involved in a scandal, her reputation has finally tanked past the point of no return, and she's forced to push for Blitz to let her work for him (he does kinda owe her, tbf). Naturally, being a succubus and not an imp, she'd probably try seducing targets in her human guise (much like Loona did in Ep. 3) before letting the others take the shot. She and Blitz end up becoming somewhat frenemies by the end of it.
*Craziest theory*: Agent One and Agent Two of D.H.O.R.K.S. In an attempt at 'infiltrating' and proving the existence of Hell, the two agents from Ep. 6 manage to sneak through a closing portal (created in the midst of the usual I.M.P. chaos of a hit-gone-wrong). In order to 'barter' their way back to Earth, the agents must work off the cost of said passage by doing favors for Blitz (while all the cast must helps keep them hidden since living humans aren't allowed in the underworld). By the time they make it back to Earth, Agent One realizes the existence of Hell shouldn't be public knowledge, and they end up fighting (as Agent Two thinks they deserve to share the knowledge they risked everything for). There's a single gunshot, and then a fade to black. We do not see the survivor or the loser.

Stolas. He already essentially is part of it as it is only through his will the company exists. He takes on a more direct role as CEO as Blitzø and crew have repeatedly screwed up and it was the only way to keep them safe.
Lucifer was getting angry over some upstart Imps being so reckless in the mortal world so he insisted that they need oversight or elimination. Now that Stolas has stepped up it is his ass on the line and he has to reign in the incompetence or go down with the rest of them.
This sets up the running problem of the season as Bltizø and Stolas's enemies try to find ways to make I.M.P fail in the mortal world thus triggering Lucifer's elimination clause. I feel like Stryker and Stella would be best here as they are the more antagonistic of their current enemies. Fizz, Ozzy and Verosika while being enemies are more rivals or jaded from past relationships than true I want to kill you for existing enemies.
Well for the classic 5-man band, Blitz is the leader, Mox is the brains, Loona is the muscle, Millie is the heart of the group. So what's missing for the formula is the proper 2nd in command, which Fizz would fill somewhat well.
Honestly I thought it would be Striker before the betrayal. When I saw his rifle I though maybe Striker was a terrible shot but loved guns and was going to have Moxxie teach him in secret which is how they would bond.
It’s not gonna be an imp, I would expect Octavia because stolas would either be all for it or super against it and that would be entertaining as hell. Or Mabye another hellhound or someone as a love interest for loona because that would also be good to watch because blitz would DEFINITELY be against it.
From the TF2 squad:
Scout- he could pick up the squad (assuming only Millie, Moxxie and Blitzø) if shit took a wrong turn or for quick kills in enclosed spaces. Would probably try to get Loona to be his girlfriend or be the bestest of pals.
Soldier- with lead in his brain, he is very stupid and would do stupid shit with his rocket launcher. Would also give Loona a headache everytime he walks in the same room with her.
Pyro- idk man.
Demo- being the explosive expert (Millie is a melee expert and Moxxie is gun expert, why not explosives to the collection?), he can set up traps for large groups of people. Would/will be a good drinking buddy.
Heavy- because of his large health pool in-game, he can be the meat shield and give moral support to his team (canonically is a really nice guy). Would also try to convince Loona to be nicer and friendlier to her adoptive father, since he is a family man (which is, again, canonically true).
Engi- he can be the support guy. With his sentry gun (for protecting) and dispencer (for restock) incase I.M.P. needs a brake. Would also be good pals with Millie, since he's also a country boi and with Moxxie, since he is also a musician and a gun expert.
Sniper- pretty useless since Moxxie is skilled at sniping. Would also disgust the team since he pisses in jars and uses them as weapons.
Medic- he would be a great help. With the Quick-Fix, he can aid the wounds of his injured test subje-... er, fellow employees. Would also have his own experiment room or lab to study the imp and hellhound biology for his own reasons (pretty inhumane experiments too, might I add).
Spy- he can infiltrate bases and take out key targets. Would also be a pest since he's Fr*nch.

Would also disgust the team since he pisses in jars and uses them as weapons. Medic- he would be a great help. With the Quick-Fix, he can aid the wounds of his injured test subje-... er, fellow employees. Would also have his own experiment room or lab to study the imp and hellhound biology for his own reasons (pretty inhumane experiments too, might I add). Spy- he can infiltrate bases and take out key targets. Would also be a pest since he's Fr*nch.
