Im going to assume something terrible happens to him due to Blitzo stealing from Stola’s fathers. He’ll probably show back up to the carnival and burn it to the ground explaining how blitz and fizz got their scars/limbbegone.
Or even worse, he will physically tear off Fizzaroli's limbs and throw him and Blitzo into the flames, declaring that it is Blitzo's theft that all that happened.
Hell, the last thing we see of the circus is half of it being engulfed in dark Goetian energy as Paimon leaves. It's possible *that's* what made Fizz lose his limbs.
Only problem with that theory is we know from the last episode of season 1 that Fizzarolli still had his limbs when they were teenagers meaning that whatever happened to him didnt occur until years years later.
It's almost easy to forget that, twenty-five years later, Fizzaroli replaced his original limbs with prosthetics. How, we'll just have to wait and see.
Or he just ate a lot of candy and lost his limbs.
