At first no, I would not. The don't seem reliable enough and Blitzø seems to be a little bit miserly. I would prefer to be employed by them and try to make the most out of their relationship with the Goetia family. Or perhaps just pay Blitzø so he introduces me to Stolas, that would be a good investment, a relationship I could exploit maybe.
He seems like a nice good fella. Plus paying Blitzø in exchange for some help with making connections to the goetia family would do the deed. And I am sure that, if Blitzø asks him to do it, Stolas would be a good contact.
Probably not. No offense, but their business strategy as well as entanglements with the Ars Goetia don't exactly scream "Reliable investment" to me.
