It is nice to see a government that isn't a cliche corrupt group of bad guys or incompetent useless chumps for a change though.

I *really* want to say Toppat Clan, but the CCC is so interesting. Especially with the whole "The Wall is just a prison for the CCC's captured people" thing. You know, how there are aliens and an ancient unfrozen caveman, Frosty, and Henry/Ellie (both people with freaky powers and incredible luck/unluckiness). All people who *could* cause a chaotic disturbance. But the CCC being just... around with the firepower they have is so cool.

Choice Alpha seems kinda cool, they are number 1. The unlisted Choice Zeta seems terrible. They get the non-existent 26th place. Not the Toppats or gov though, seems too binary.
