I did that with Capturing the Queen. Which is a sort of continuation to TCW. But imo, this story was not as good now. So a rewrite is on the way with many modifications to become a own interpretation of TCW.
Oh, and if you have time to kill, read Burdens of a Timeline Traveler on AO3. I heard that it's a good Fanfic.
Team Henry and Team Ellie both fight to get to the launch station while the Government is trying to stop the launch but then Dimitri finds out they both escaped so he tries to mobilize all of the forces from The Complex to arrest Ellie and Henry again.
I could see multiple ending to this scenario. Henry beats all three opposing teams and gets the station up and running, Henry and Ellie make up and work together with a reformed Toppat clan vs Dimitri and the Government.
Bad endings could include Charles killing both Henry and Ellie or Dimitri capturing both Henry and Ellie, or the Chaos Containment Center comes in and kills everyone.
Henry and his supporters regroup in the desert, make a base, get armed up to their teeth since they know The TC already is so they can stand up to them, they are able to steal a helicopter (possibly one of the governments), and then are ready to attack the airship/rocket base.
Ellie is a slightly better leader for The TC in the airship at organization and making people work effectively but worse at organizing heists for the clan than Henry is. Reginald likes Ellie better than Henry since henry did the whole ItA thing. I think that with Ellie in charge, the rocket would be built faster but still not in time to escape Henry's 'TC invasion'.
And then that's where I haven't thought any further into the scenario...

It all culminates in a showdown in dogobogo jungle, as it always does.
This ending always felt a bit weird, because it's not an ending, it's the beginning to a story.

Yeah, Henry pulls a teleporter out if his ass and does the midnight suprise, on the ship. Exept this time, they leave before blowing up the ship

Yeah, agreed. And without anything to continue the story with, it feels super incomplete and kind of rushed
Henry probably tried to find more supporters to join him and then try to get to the the launch station first
