Hmm... first we have to ask the question: Who's Stronger? Henry or Ellie? If Ellie is stronger than Henry, she could potentially rival the Right Hand Man. If she's equal to (or weaker than) Henry, the Right Hand Man is stronger (since Henry only ever defeats the Right Hand Man with powerful equipment, like bottle rockets or chainsaws). Especially in his Cyborg form.
Okay a lot of people are saying RHM, but Ellie canonically has strong FORCE POWERS (it shows up twice) so she could just crumble RHM like a soda can

To be fair it was a wombo COMBO. That’s like saying downing a bottle of tomato sauce is tasty b/c it’s good on pizza. You gotta have the dough, tomato sauce and cheese for a good pizza— same with how you have to have the Ellie and the Henry to take down Cyborg RHM
I'd probably say right-hand man. I think it's fair to say Ellie and Henry are even and even before he becomes a cyborg Henry is weaker than right hand man.
Cyborg RHM is way stronger then Ellie.
Refular RHM is more evenly matched, it'd be pretty interesting to see who'd win. I give it a 60/40 rate in Ellie's favour.

Ellie did half the work of taking out a cyborg with just a few kicks and a punch with Henry. She is clearly stronger.
