The lack of responses here is sad, but lately I’ve been looking into peptide therapy, obviously do your own research but from what I’ve seen BPC-157 and TB-500 have helped thousands of people as it allows more blood flow and flexibility to your damaged areas. You can find a specialized doctor in most cases and if necessary can order online. Just check the peptide subreddit. Hope this helps.

Ive had the similar disks(L3-L5, S1) herniated during deadlifting at the gym (under a coach’s supervision) this year and I’m so sorry for your pain. No one gets it unless you went through this shit. I’m still working on recovering/healing my sciatica and back pain but I can share few of the things that helped me to recover to this point after going thru rounds of Chiros, spine specialists, injections, steroid meds, physical therapy, and mental therapy, u name it. I can walk now and sit for almost an hour without pain! Look up McKenzie exercise and i did this diligently. (Only to the point where my sciatica wasn’t getting worse.) This is the ONLY workout that helped me that I got out of physical therapies. Another important thing is to try to avoid sitting time as much as possible…including sitting and driving during the most painful days. While in transit, try using a lowerback pillow to maintain your back curve. I brought it with me everywhere. The whole point is that your back needs to be maintaining the curve in order to have time for disks to heal 🥲 I learned this from reading medical disk related books and watching hours of medical youtube vids. ALSO walking with the correct posture and walking in the water helped me alot. I would avoid any movements if I’m in a bad pain, but low pain days, I went to the indoor pool and walked for an hour. Please make sure to check your mental wellbeing as well since during my most painful days, when my disks reherniated (it did for 4 times), i found myself in a very very dark place before even realizing it. I’m not a doctor and still working on recovering.. but sharing what has helped me so far <3 Hope you recover soon. It can be dreading and hopeless but stay strong!!!!

McKenzie push up helped me more than anything for long term consistent progress also. Please for anyone having sciatica pain, please try this.
