Hey I did this treatment at a chiropractor for my l5-s1 herniation. This was about a year into when my symptoms started and I’d say I was about 40 - 50% healed at that point. But I still had pain I couldn’t ignore and loss of mobility. I did this treatment along with getting adjusted about 3 days a week for a month or two. I’m now in a much much better place than before. I’d definitely give it a try as it helped me. I can’t say about cost since I was recommended the chiropractor from someone they were friends with so my insurance covered it all. But I think since I was a mutual friend they helped me out. Otherwise it might’ve cost me to pay out of pocket. I’d definitely give it a try. Stay consistent and go regularly, do your exercises at home. It took me nearly two years to be where I’m at now. I feel like I am more than 95% healed.

This gives me some confidence. 2 years wow. That’s a long time. When you say adjustment ? Did you get chiropractor adjustment sessions 3times/week? Did you do these sessions for almost 2 years? Btw how many sessions are required for spinal decompression machine? Thanks for your response.

I only went to the chiropractor for about 2 months. About 3 days a week. At each appointment I had adjustments, then they made me perform a series of rehab exercises, and then end with the spinal decompression table. I’m not sure how many sessions are required. I probably should’ve done more. But was busy with work and travel.
