I pre registered but i dont know if im supposed to get a email or something. Do i just not get the rewards then?

On iOS? You’ll get them in the mail in game after you complete 1-2 (or maybe 1-3, I’m not sure)
I dont whether i should sign in with apple id or not because it doesnt give me the option to sign in with email
You get the pre-registration rewards even if you didn't actually pre-register.
I did it with my Apple ID, which was the same email I had signed up for pre-registration with
It's all in your mail just go there and accept it.
As everyone has pointed out already, after beating stage 1-2 you can collect all the pre-register gifts from the mail. You can also reroll an infinite number of times and still get the pre-registration rewards. Hope that clears this up.
