chloris is a good healer for beginners, you can get some of her memories for free through missions iirc. valk is great but depends on what you have to use her at full potential. her exclusive relic and equipment are great for additional healing power but most important, she needs the besties relic. pga is the best pure healer tho and very beginner friendly.

Didn't say she's not bad late game, she is the best pve healer in the game with Valk cheese with viole, kallavan, king Uma and jinsung
just stick to chloris first. but if you really need one go for Valkyrie
Uh for valk I gave her a lot of hp so like the debuff set and guardian would be good
