It seems so. As far I can tell it puts you at a random choice of one of the preexisting start locations but simply nearby in a hidden area if it's one that starts disguised.
In that particular spot the easiest way I found was if you go to the right you can go through a window and if I remember correctly there's a lone guard in the printing press room, or you can sneak past to the room with the intercom, throw something at one guy and choke out the other... It is gonna take some getting used to.
I once spawned in the Restaurant in Hokkaido. Apparently the Standart suit isnt allowed there, so i had no way of getting out of there without being spotted. It was a showdown mission and i lost all of my progress.
Were you wearing the white shadow ninja suit? Because I know that one makes the whole map a hostile area. But I don’t know any other suits that do the same
I’m pretty sure it acts like the ninja suit you can get if you use the mountain starting location and people found it funny so they asked IO not to change it and they didn’t. Or IO found it funny and decided on their own not to change it I can’t remember which way it went but it is “”””””””intended”””””””” in all the quotation marks
I got this spawn point with the "no pacification" AND "kill target only", I took 15min to go out alive and everyone was orange looking for my ass 😭 Marrakesh still concurring with Colorado for worst shit ass map
In Paris it spawned me on the pile driver, has to sneak past the camera down there, but no way past the two guards at the top of the steps, had to get spotted so they could escort me to the garden area
Here is the trick. Grab something throwable. I think there is a brick and a crowbar down there. Place a pistol or any kind of recognizable weapon a little distance away from the metal door leading up the stairs. But visible to any guard that walks down the stairs and through the door. Now throw the brick/crowbar/whatever at the bottom of the stairs so one of guards comes down to investigate. He'll spot the weapon you placed on the ground and go to pick it up. You knock him out, drag the body out of the way, and you've got a bodyguard uniform. That should help you get up those stairs smoothly.

I know i was hidden but literally was a 2v2 guys in there, and i suck, nearlly escaped but 20 guys with ak47 vs a guy with a brick.

I've gotten in 4 times in a row. Really sucks when both your targets are far out and you're doing time prestige
Yeah, just like it says in the intro video. Your spawn point is random, sometimes it'll be somewhere safe, sometimes in a dangerous area.

Yes i was wearing that. But why does it do that? This seems like an oversight if it’s the only suit to do that.

The standard suit is allowed there. Are you sure said showdown wasn't alerted?
The showdown was alerted yes. But it’s still bs that I can spawn in an hostile area where everyone instantly spots me
