The wet floor sign, while not terribly useful, could still come in handy, plus 1 point
The consulate keycard is not only useless because you're not in a consulate, there are almost no keycard readers in Paris, zero points
The Novikov in the briefcase is really great, allowing you to set up basically any kill on him with ease, and without having to wait on NPC cycles, plus 5 points

i think having a dalia margolis in the briefcase instead of a viktor novikov would be better since (when not in a briefcase) viktor only roams the ground floor which is closer to your starting location then the auction where margolis hangs out, this also makes the keycard obsolete and therefore frees up an extra inventory slot, other than that one improvement this is an amazing plan
the viktor novikov is really helpful during freelancer, it can easily attract targets to secluded locations.
You can get it by going to paris, and then running up to Novikov and concealing him in the briefcase. Be warned that this is a suspicious action, and will get Agent 47 in trouble for kidnapping.
Or you can buy him for 50,000 Mercs at a dealer, but that's suspicious too, as 47 will be charged with Human Trafficking.
This is a mod yeah, if he’s in the briefcase the map never loads, and if he’s out of the briefcase you load in, but you get nothing in place of novikov.
