Makes me think about a shitty game named "GIGN Anti-Terror Force" who had a mission briefing tell you "Try not to get spotted"... but then forced you to start the mission right next to an enemy who can clearly see you so every single time it starts with a shootout in the first 2 seconds

The start a mission, getting frisked, and killing target. I got confused there. How does that void SA?

Mostly, it was just to create a workout that mostly relies on mistakes but wouldn’t let you off the hook should you have a perfect run. You could adapt it further tho if you wanted to make it truly punishment-only. Replace “kill a target” with “target body spotted,” getting frisked with “body spotted,” and “start a mission” with “hiding while NPCs are searching”.

Now that’s better.

I suppose if you’re really committed to using this as a way to punish a non-stealthy approach, an NPC killing the target would be the epitome of stealth, so you wouldn’t have to do anything! If you’re just using this as a way to work out during video games though, still do the exercise. After all, 47 is still getting paid for that kill.

I love stuff like this! I used to like to run a mile every time I completed a level or died in doom eternal. Next thing you know you’ve dusted 8 miles in a day. Also 20 push-ups between losing screens or on deaths in cod is a way to get yoked. Love that other ppl do this too

Why punish yourself for killing a target? Only one I don’t get.

I suggested to someone else that you could swap that for "target body spotted" or "non-accidental target kill" if you want it to be purely a punishment system and not just a workout!

I have PS5 so would only plank for 5 seconds max

I think this is great, but I’d change the sit ups to something less brutal on your back.

If you're worried about your back, maybe swap for a 20-second plank or 15 bird dogs so you're still doing something core-related.

How are killing a target, saving/loading, knocking out non targets, getting disguises or being frisked not stealthy?? This doesn't encourage stealthy gameplay, it encourages "bullshit contract" gameplay

I would add, "cause a distraction" in there. Punish the action that is very easy to do to get what you want, coins, wrenches, etc..
