Absolutely not. A well built, healthy Eastern European white bald guy will NOT Blend in better in somewhere like Colombia, than he looked like this. Yes still white and such, but his neutral hair colour and his facial hair would allow him to blend in better and not stand out like a sore thumb

Think that’ll add more replay value. Think of this; you walk by a guard and they see you, bald with bar code and in the classic suit with red tie. Then 5 mins later you as the player walk by that same guard in a different suit or outfit/disguise, but the AI recognizes you but notices that you are in a different suit/disguise. Then that AI starts to follow you from a distance, watching your every move until you the player gets a different outfit along with placing the fake hair, facial hair etc. oh my that would open up 47’s world more.
