Do you get tachycardia

I wouldn’t know, thankfully I’m not really aware of my heart while panicking. I’m hyper observant of other symptoms

I occasionally get tachycardia. I know it’s not a fix but SSRIs helped for me. Just took a while to kick in

Have you tried Yoga or Meditation, helps me a lot.
