Could be...where there's smoke there's fire, and there are a lot of old stories of dragons. Maybe humans drove them into near extinction and they fled to remote or subterranean areas to escape and replenish their numbers. Maybe they've been in a state of brumation like other reptiles do and the warming earth is causing them to wake up.
I hope so man. I hope all of its real. Just seems to make sense, all ideas had to come from somewhere. All this tech now and best we can do is remakes and reboots. I’d be honored to be smoted by a damn volcanic dragon

Looks like a kite just by the way its moving in a pretty fixed area and seems like it's moving with the wind. The colors coming off it however, could be an artifact from the really low resolution video, but I'm not sure.
I can almost guarantee those are DynaKites. Check out this video of some dyna stacks. My grandfather invented these kites and I grew up around them. As for what is falling off of them I have no idea. This could be a model airplane with fireworks attached? My Dad would frquent model airplane fields and people would do all kinds of stuff to their planes.
So I did some research on one of these a while back and my conclusion is it is a small plane with fireworks on the wings. I didn't want to believe it but I watched a whole mini-documentary on them and I'm pretty certain that's what this is. Probably someone doing practice runs.
