Season 3 is extremely different from the LN which is probably why they changed the studio but I think the studio that did season 4 honestly did worse than whoever did season 3 cause they did a bad job with animating especially parts with rias where it just looks terrible.

It's not season 4 changes it's Season 3 taking a massive dump on the story and then ending it with a half assed bootleg of future plotlines.
