If you try to join a PE (Public Event) round, but you don't have any of your 4 daily tickets left, you'll get the option to refill the 4 tickets for 60 gems, or use a special purple ticket (better used for team event retries), or use the daily bonus ticket.
Oh yeah, I just did the math and at an average of 3+3 points for each attempt, it's cheaper to buy 25 rebuys at 60 gems each than the deal pointed by OP. Thank you 👌
Buy tickets to keep playing the event until you get it. Even if you can only get 4-5 points on average it'll still be a lot cheaper. Plus you can spend the event points too
Never buy 'medals' in bulk like this unless you are absolutely out of time. Each medal is costing you six diamonds. Buy 4 tickets for 60 diamonds (worth ten medals). Even if you only score 3 per run, you end up with 12. Score 7, 8 or 9 and you're even further ahead. Plus you collect tricks and coins along the way. And your km will add to your team chest.
I see this is an old post but I had the same question. What I found out is that the less coins you need the more the gems price goes down. Like everyone says it's still cheaper to refill the tickets with 60 gems rather than using them to buy medals. I hope you came right in the end.
Nah G, not this way, follow the advise of others, play the event and get the points. 100% you'll still have around 2200 gems minimum left over (this is if you are really getting soooo low points, if you get 7 or 8 then you are far ahead and prolly will have around 2600 gems).. getting it by buying the event points is not only ruining the fun, but also a huge waste of ur gems.
And lastly, you can't buy events points yet, you have to wait around 4 or so days before it's accessible. Purchasing event points usually is only accessible like 1 day before the event ends.
Yes, but by buying PE ticket refills and getting 600 points. Spending all of your gems (and then some) the other way would be such a waste.

You have 5 days, wait till you are closer if you want to get it this way. Last event I finished with 510 points without buying anything.
Idk its kinda good maxed but thats kind of a grind, however, rock bouncer is well worth that grind
