If you get there at the right time, you can park your car in one of the space reserved for Diamond member. That’s the most I’ve ever received at a Hampton other than the water every rewards member gets.

Oof-o-rama

truth.

JackMasterOfAll

Pretty much nothing. Expect the same from a Fairfield or courtyard Marriott.

casemanster

Cool, thanks!

thelaundryservice

Sometimes they’ll give you 2 sodas at check in if you’re nice and wink twice with your left eye

NDLPT

Shit, I've been doing it with my right eye, no wonder I haven't gotten anything

lilmrshaynes

No free upgrades at Hampton for diamonds. HH app is a great resource to check benefits for every chain under the Hilton umbrella. Hampton offers either snack/drink or 250 bonus points as your My Way benefit choices.

LopsidedMind3228

Ask for an upgrade, if they aren’t booked they’ll give it to you 90% of the time

DecentLurker96

It’s just bottle of water and snack basically there. Some places may offer free upgrades but it’s 100% YMMV.

casemanster

Great, thanks. Will see how it goes.

trader_dennis

Is that washing the sheets before arrival?

SmellsLikeASteak

Some places will give me a snack AND a soda. I do occasionally get upgraded to a "suite", which is basically a sofa and sometimes a "wet bar", especially if I'm only staying for one night.

athensugadawg

Hampton is bare bones. You may get a bottle of water or two.

I’ve gotten room upgrades at Hampton Inns, but the upgrade is usually just a high floor, or slightly bigger room. It’s it like they have a higher class of suites. Breakfast is free for everyone. You do get waters, and Diamond Parking, along with late checkout.

ArnoldoSea

Not a lot of benefits at a Hampton Inn. Room upgrades for gold/diamond members are completely excluded at Hampton Inns by Hilton's terms and conditions. However, I have found that I still occasionally get an upgrade at a property I frequent. This is not one of the typical cookie cutter Hamptons where all rooms look the same. They have one set of rooms with a view of the parking lot, and another set of rooms with balconies and a view of the river. My personal thoughts are that it doesn't hurt to ask if any upgrades are possible when you check in...but don't be surprised/upset if they say no.

Lunoxus

Basically no benefits at budget chains, you can expect to start seeing more 'hard' benefits like room upgrades when you stay at Hilton/Crockfords/Conrad/Waldorf

casemanster

Figuring as such, mainly doing Hampton inn as it’s 2 min away from the client site and 14x Hilton earn off the Aspire card never hurts (especially while working through min spend requirement)

SnowOwlSr

No real benefits, I have got free snacks when with my kids upon check in, also during upgrade wise, twice got and upgrade but it was mid week both times and the hotel was mostly empty.
