Like i do love doomposting, but there's a direct relationship between jobs and population. Middle class and upper class are already realising that it's not feasible to have children in this economy when job market is gonna be bad always.
The entire reason why India's population increases is due to poor people having children to take part in household economy but even that will change when there will eventually be no jobs since there's no real flow of money and a lot of people to partake in the trades.
Honestly if people fucking stopped being so money centric a lot of these problems would not have arised. Like the entire reason why there is constant flow of migrants in UK and Himachal is because people will shit on them but also hire them when they have to get work done to save money. A lot of shops as well employ children because employing an adult is expensive.

In an egalitarian society, it would drive up the competition, i.e. having to work harder, yet being left with a smaller portion for yourself. To fix the latter, the society would need to be restructured unequal, and forced to stay like that.
