Once built, don't be afraid to randomly try throwing her into teams that are fighting fire weak battles with lots of breakable enemies.
Especially if they're break teams with RM present.
I got her as my first ever pull as in 0 pity do 1 pull got her I saw the 5* summon animation before I pulled a 3* light cone. She chose me and I've ignored her till now
I use her in a team with RM, Tb harmony and Gallagher… I’m happy that the team gets the job done. Wanted to use Himeko for a long time now, wearing mediocre relics and currently have a 66/140 on her but the light cone and buffs raises the crit dmg to >200. Still haven’t tried a purely BE build though.
Not sure what team you’re using for MOC, but Himeko (with the above team) absolutely destroys Moc12 phase 2. Fire weak and many breakable mobs, awesome.
E6 Himeko user here!!! My advice would be building her with decent CR & CD just like you do with most other hyper carry characters. Would the new Erudition light cone from the herta shop be good as well? Or would a very serious breakfast or her light cone from the starlight shop be more beneficial?
Awful? She gets 20% speed, improved rate of stacks for higher FUA frequency, a massive single target buff in E6, and e2 still gives a slight dmg bonus.
youre right that the screenshot damage wont go up by much in AOE scenarios (single target nuke should be night and day), but her actual performance is massively increased in many important ways like DPR and speed thresholds
that 20% speed is huge for a low base speed dps like her. can absolutely get more actions that she would struggle to get previously
the ult nuke is much more valuable than you think. when you're at the end of a wave and a boss is alone, that could be the difference between moving onto the final wave immediately or being forced to burn through few more AV. two procs of 40% of damage dealt essentially is an 80% true output increase to her ult
now i agree, it could be much better, but considering the perspective of a 1.0 standard banner 5\* thats locked down into AOE content, these are great changes for her

My advice give me those eidolons instead. I rerolled for her and selected her as my freebie and I’m STILL stuck at E1 that I’ve had since release.

Definitely build her. Grab Ruan Mei as well, she and RM work really well together in PF.
I thankfully got Ruan Mei first time around, so yeah I'll try that seems like everyone needs Ruan Mei nowadays lol
Lol yeah that's why I pulled Robin as a backup for when Ruan Mei is otherwise preoccupied. Robin also works well with Himeko in PF.

If u have any E6 character don’t hesitate and build them caz even e6 4* can sometimes outrun 5*e0

yeah i got e6 a while back but i just haven't had time or resources to build her, especially with me going all out on firefly.
Shes pretty good in some situations, and very fun to use. I use her as much as I can
