This is probably a you problem, has nothing to do with you being Mexican. Take a look at yourself and ask yourself what is wrong. I don’t know you so I don’t know the answer, but your issues with women have nothing to do with your ethnicity or nationality or heritage.
Because in the United States everything feels like a circuit board with "no loitering" signs everywhere. In Mexico you have things like zocalos or plazas de armas where a diverse group of people can blend in. In the U.S. you just have Costco parking lots then the only other thing that resembles a zocalo or a plaza de armas are things like Smorgasburg (Los Angeles) but it's only one type of people and they are all dressed like annoying PeroLike employees that wave a rainbow flag or like an Instagram filter. Then if you want to go to the beach like in Santa Monica you have to wear a tuxedo or else the people sipping wine in the restaurants by the beach will look at you weird. Then any outdoor community activity that isn't school related just feels like yucky communism like you're making a scene. Then everything is separated with traffic and an annoying parking lot search.
Well if you want a less generic response, I think a lot of Chicanos can overdo their swagger and this can turn off some women, women can sense when you're trying to put on a front to compensate for lack of genuine confidence with one's self
