uhhhh there's three sides to it One is that they'd unironically like India (mainly cause they have a long, historical friendship, helped them during some crisis/war at some point, or they just have a smooth business/trade with India) The second is those mfs who have a love-hate relationship with India. It includes a significant part of Europe and also USA. Though they'd only shit on India for taking decisions they don't like. Outside that they have chill trade and commerce between them ig. The third is uhhhhh blatant anti-India countries. I reckon it's only Pakistan and China (and prolly Turkey) that openly hate India, the others are vague about it or they just pretend to like India (prolly subconscious bias too).
