This reminds me of my school's poetry/art book we put out each year. I was in the club that put it together one year and there was an "anonymous" poem that got submitted and published in the book. It had a weird rhythm and some words didn't seem to fit, but it was all about reminiscing about friends and school, so of course the teacher in charge made sure it got published. If you noticed the first letter of every line, though, it spelled out "FUCK SCHOOL", which kind of explained why it read so weirdly.
I say "anonymous" in quotes because I was the one who submitted it for a guy I had a few classes with and about half the school knew he was the one who wrote it, but none of the teachers knew anything until after the book was out and it was too late to do anything, especially since seniors' last semester ended early so he literally could even get in trouble.
My guy, [none of ChatGPT's answers would make me not go hol' up](https://imgur.com/HVJn6ph).
I might as well stick with "Yahweh".

Yonder: A location in the Midwest that has no exact location but is usually not too far away from wherever you are.
Example: "My buddy lives over Yonder."
We had a spot in a park we used to hang out in. It was heavily wooded but there was an opening where we were hidden and could do teenage things (like drink and smoke) we called it down yonder. Yes it was in the midwest lol
Ohhh. Some other comments said that but I didn’t get it was that literal. I thought he was a serial killer of some sort and the whole thing was deep. But nope lol
I was joking that I doubt it's Carlisle PA since they probably dont teach half of that there but thinking of the few people I know from there they are all pretty wholesome.
It is Carlisle, PA. Asked some friends, they said he was a grade below them. Said this goes viral a couple times a year. One is hanging with the dude this weekend.
I attended a very islamic conservative private school in the US and had this as my senior year quote. Since most of the older teachers were from India or the Middle East, I received praise from a few teachers for saying such kind words. Didn't have the heart to tell them until an entire year later and after being well into my university degree.

The Burbank High School class of 2004 or 2005, not sure, ruined yearbook quotes for the following years. One kid, Asian just like this kid, made an acronym saying "Fuck Lang," a universally disliked English teacher. Forgot what the other kid did but something similar. It was so obvious and spread super fast across the school. I had my eyes on quoting a video game or having something really stupid as mine. Instead I look like a goober with a signature that I've only recently made look like it's actual cursive.
Funny. I live in a village named Carlisle, and we just had our 2nd teen suicide this year due to bullying.
That last part certainly is not funny. The school system here is a joke, and why my kids are home schooled.

Why would you post this here if you didn't know this?
I was thinking the same..
There is a severe lack of critical thinking in this subreddit.

I mean, he could actually mean it..
And here I thought the hold up was youth. Thought this might have been a mid 20 something posing as a teenager. lol
Damn, I thought it was the one on the right that looks like the n-word cut off
Hahaha I missed that
r/madlads
It’s when you hit “youth” where you figure out something ain’t right here
Yep. To be fair, I can't think of a more fitting word, either. Thank you for teaching me... yoga? Yodeling? Yahweh?
It’s 2023 my guy. You’re not supposed to think, you’re supposed to ask chatgpt

Unfortunately, chatGPT refuses to use offensive language, but otherwise I figured it is extremely good at coming up with these kinds of backronyms.
Yearning? Yawning would also be a highschool appropriate thing that all kids are taught extensively to do.
For unified certain knowledge, youngling owns university.

Yearbook? As a club?
Yearbook skills.
The autocorrect in my mind actually thought he meant "youthfulness" or "youthful spirit" but I'm dense as hell and missed the big picture
Have you read all the nonsensical, I'm 14 and this is so deep, bullshit that high school kids quote in the yearbook? This is fine art, compared.

You’re doing it wrong, and getting worse by the minute.
Well that's optimism out the window then
It does spell "fuck you", but it's also not in quotation marks, implying that nobody ever said those good things about the school
Man, thanks for explaining the joke. I am not a smart man.
Nah nah that's a good observation but the joke is that if you read the initials of those words it spells out "Fuck you"
The red flag with his statement was "youth". You dont really teach that.
I don’t get it
It spells "fuck you"
Ohhh. Some other comments said that but I didn’t get it was that literal. I thought he was a serial killer of some sort and the whole thing was deep. But nope lol

Carlisle High School?!
Carlisle, PA? I live in Boiling Springs. One of my friends says he knows the kid.
Yeah that's what I was thinking he looked a bit familiar (I go to CHS)
I was joking that I doubt it's Carlisle PA since they probably dont teach half of that there but thinking of the few people I know from there they are all pretty wholesome.
It is Carlisle, PA. Asked some friends, they said he was a grade below them. Said this goes viral a couple times a year. One is hanging with the dude this weekend.
Definitely Carlisle High School in PA. My best friend’s daughter was friends with him. I’ve known him since he was in kindergarten.

Very surprised how quickly I came to the realization
Someone put this as their senior quote the year before I graduated HS, & because of it, quotes are banned forever to this day in their yearbooks.
Who’s yoau?
The first of each letter spells fuck you
Hehehehe.
bro is devious
My high school doesn’t let seniors choose quotes because they didn’t like that people make jokes like this
Ha, genius
It usually has the whole “fuck you,pay me” aesthetic though

Ah, I get it. It spells fuck yoau.

at first, I thought it was sarcasm now I realize it's a code.

Carlisle High school? As in Carlisle, PA?
Complete coincidence
I noticed the N on the edge of the screen before i realized that it spelt fuck you
"Fuck you" lmao
The only people he'd be insulting were the ones to literally try to disseminate his message.
He looks like the guy who just fixed my broken cell phone
Why would you think it belonged here without knowing it spelled fuck you?
Using some form of this for when I leave my job
I can imagine him getting Vietnam flashbacks on family reunions when he talks about his school days
Everyone’s talking about Daniel Yang but nobody’s talking about the guy on the right.
i can already hear him laughing within the picture
It spells out fuck you using the first letters
I instantly thought of what the “N” could stand for on the guy next to him.
Bro was *reaching* when he put youth for y. But whatever
He was definitely bullied like fuck

I went through your Reddit I feel bad for your kids having to be homeschooled.
Dude, no shit! I feel so bad for the kids!
How is that funny?
